Cancellation & Rescheduling

At Calm Canine Academy, we know that schedules can change. To keep things fair for all clients and ensure our trainers’ time is respected, we have the following policies in place for cancellations and rescheduling.

Private Coaching Clients

Initial Consultation

• You may reschedule or request a refund with at least 72 hours’ notice before your scheduled session.

• Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Monthly Coaching Sessions

• You may reschedule a session with at least 72 hours’ notice before your scheduled time.

• Sessions must be rescheduled within one month from the start of your coaching package.

• Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Group Coaching Clients:

• You may reschedule or request a refund with at least 7 days’ notice before the start of your group class.

• Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Emergency Situations:

We understand that life happens! If an emergency prevents you from attending a session, please reach out as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee an exception, we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.
